For selected services, eg cervical smear screening, flu jabs or vaccinations, you’ll be able to book a face to face appointment directly by calling our clinical team on +44 (0)33 08082217.

For all other health concerns, please book a video appointment, and if a face to face consultation is necessary, your GP will advise you to book a face-to-face consultation at the end of your appointment if he/she thinks it is necessary.

The service is not suitable for emergencies. If you or someone else experience any of the following, dial 999 or go to your local A&E immediately: Severe chest pain, heavy bleeding, broken bones or loss of consciousness.
