For selected services, eg cervical smear screening, flu jabs or vaccinations, you’ll be able to book a face to face appointment directly by calling our clinical team on +44 (0)33 08082217.
For all other health concerns, please book a video appointment, and if a face to face consultation is necessary, your GP will advise you to book a face-to-face consultation at the end of your appointment if he/she thinks it is necessary.
The service is not suitable for emergencies. If you or someone else experience any of the following, dial 999 or go to your local A&E immediately: Severe chest pain, heavy bleeding, broken bones or loss of consciousness.

The service is free for all patients who register with us as their NHS GP practice. You can register online, and you will need to validate your identity via the app before you see a GP
