How it works

There’s no need to contact your existing GP practice. We’ll manage the transfer for you from start to finish.
The transfer usually takes up to two working days to complete, so you’ll be with us in no time.
If you ever feel the service isn’t right for you, we’ll fully support your move back to your previous GP practice.

Most appointments can be carried out quickly and safely digitally, but we know sometimes you’ll need to see somebody in person. In these cases you’ll have the option to book an in-person appointment with a GP At Hand clinician at one of our modern London clinics.
