Some of our digital and in-person appointments are provided by eMed. As a leader in digital primary care and consultation technology, they enable us to provide the high-quality 24/7 primary care service that our patients enjoy. eMed is Subcontracted by GP at Hand to provide these services.
The GP at Hand Primary Care Network
Primary Care Networks, or PCNs, are groups of GP practices that work together to provide a wider range of services to their patients. We work with other practices as part of the GP at Hand PCN. The PCN employs staff on behalf of the network and holds directly commissioned contracts from NHS England and North West London Integrated Care Board.
North West London Integrated Care Board
NHS North West London (legally known as NHS North West London Integrated Care Board, ICB) is responsible for contracting healthcare services locally and the oversight of the local NHS budget. It has extensive role in primary, secondary and community care, some of which are sole responsibilities, others in a joint or shared function with NHS England.
They cover London boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Westminster, and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
