If you live or work within 40 minutes travel time of one of our clinics, you can register with us now.
Once you have submitted the necessary information, we will start the process to move your GP to GP at Hand. Sometimes this can take up to 10 working days for the NHS to transfer your registration. We will contact you once you can start enjoying the benefits of our digital-first approach, including 24/7 online appointments and easy access to your health information.
Please note, in line with NHS guidance, neither photo identification nor proof of address are required to register with a GP. However, we do require photo ID to be verified before you start using our digital services. We will contact you after you have registered with us to let you know how we can do this quickly and easily.
