Our Practice Area

Anyone who lives or works with 40 minutes travel time of one of our London clinics can register with us as their NHS GP. This covers the majority of London Underground Zones 1-3.

Once you register with us, you can have phone or video appointments at a time and place that suits you. If you need to be seen in-person, we will offer you a choice of suitable appointments across our clinics.

Home visits

Home visits are available to patients who live within our formal practice boundary area on the basis of need. The formal practice boundary is south of Talgarth Road and Cromwell Road in Fulham, and north of the River Thames. If you you live outside of our formal practice area and develop an urgent illness which requires a face to face appointment, but are not able to visit one of our GP clinic locations, we may ask you to call 111 who will direct you to the most appropriate local service. This may be a GP practice near to where you live, the local walk-in or urgent care centre, A&E or minor injuries unit. This local service will then decide if you can attend for an urgent face to face appointment with a healthcare professional or if a home visit is needed based on your individual circumstances. If this is in the out-of-hours period when GP surgeries are normally closed – between 6:30pm and 8:00am weekdays and during weekends – NHS 111 will direct you to the local out-of-hours provider.

Out of Area Registration

Our contractual “practice area” is the area immediately surrounding our Lillie Road clinic. Other patients within 40 minutes travel time of one of our clinics are registered with us under the NHS “Out of Area Registration” arrangements. These arrangements require us to regularly assess whether being registered with an Out of Area GP is clinically appropriate and practical. If your health or other needs change, and we feel that you would be better served by being registered with a GP practice closer to where you live (for example if you need regular home visits), we will let you know and support you in moving to a local GP practice.
