Your 6-8 Week Postnatal Check
Congratulations on your new arrival!
We know those first weeks can be a whirlwind. That’s why we offer a dedicated 6-8 week check for you and your baby.
What to expect:
- For Mum: We’ll check on your physical and emotional wellbeing, discuss any concerns, and offer support with contraception and family planning.
- For Baby: We’ll do a full physical exam, discuss feeding and sleeping, and provide guidance on immunisations.
Booking your check:
If your baby is already registered with us, we’ll send you an invitation to book your check through our rapid health smart triage tool around the 4-6 week mark. We recommend booking the appointment for around the 8-week mark to coincide with your baby’s first immunisations.
