We are pleased to announce that NHS Talking Therapies is organising a Winter Wellbeing Workshop for GP at Hand Patients via MS Teams

Tuesday 28th October 2025 at 2pm – 3pm

In this workshop you will learn about:

  • how winter months can impact our mood
  • what keeps low mood going and how to break out of the vicious cycle
  • where further support is located and how to access it
