Non-urgent advice: Smart Triage

Our Smart Triage system is used to book appointments and get help from us.

This is an NHS-approved system that helps to ensure you get an appointment within an appropriate timeframe when you need one. It also enables you to get help for many issues quickly and easily without even waiting for an appointment.

Use “Adult medical request” or “Child request” if you have a medical problem that you need help with, or are looking to book an appointment.

Use the “Questions and admin” option if you need help with Fit Notes, administrative queries, travel health, or just want to send us a message or ask a general question.
