GP at hand March 2025 Survey Results

We’re pleased to share the latest results from our March 2025 patient feedback survey.

Every week, we invite a random selection of patients who’ve had an appointment to rate their experience with us. This is part of the national NHS Friends and Family Test, which helps all NHS services understand how well they’re meeting patient needs.

In March, 134 patients shared their feedback. We’re proud to report that 85% said they would recommend GP at Hand to friends and family. This strong result reflects our ongoing commitment to providing accessible, high-quality care that our patients value and trust.
