Non-urgent advice: Latest news

Our new booking system is now live. Please use the links above.

Whilst we roll out this new system, we will be limiting requests to 8am to 6.30pm for the next week or so. We will return to 24/7 booking ability once the changeover is complete. If you have an urgent medical need outside these times, please contact 111 or dial 999 if it is an emergency.

If you have a FACE TO FACE INVITE for the previous eMed app, you can still use this to book. Please just dismiss the pop-up message about the new system, and you will be able to use your invite as normal.
