Complaints Update

The coronavirus pandemic is putting unprecedented pressure on the National Health Service. This has meant many NHS organisations are struggling to answer complaints and many complaints staff have understandably been redeployed to help tackle the pandemic.

At Babylon & GP at hand, we will continue to accept and manage concerns and complaints as they help us to continually improve the service that we provide. Due to current pressures we have extended our response timeframe to 30 working days, with immediate effect.

We will still continue to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and where they relate to issues of patient safety or safeguarding we will take immediate actions where necessary.
